Return Policy

Returns and Cancellations

  • Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes to products or sizes after an order has been completed. Please carefully check the confirmation screen before completing your order to avoid any mistakes.
  • Please note that if you are absent for an extended period of time or refuse to receive your order after the ordered items have been confirmed and shipped, we may refuse to accept your order or reshipment.
  • After receiving the product, we cannot accept any exchanges, cancellations, or returns due to reasons such as the product not fitting as expected or not fitting properly after trying on or looking at it visually. Please consider carefully before ordering.
  • Depending on your PC environment, especially your monitor, there may be some differences in the colors and appearance. In that case, any differences in the color and texture of the product are attributable to the customer, so please understand this before using the product.

Regarding damage or scratches on accessories

Generally, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to damage to the product box or other packaging, as damage may be found to the packaging from the time of delivery.

Changing your payment method after placing an order

We cannot change the payment method after an order has been placed.

If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered

If there is a discrepancy in your order, please contact God Savage (info@godsavage.jp) within 7 days of receiving the product. We will contact you to let you know how to proceed. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

Additionally, we will not be able to accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been received more than 7 days ago (please check the contents immediately after receiving the product)
  • If it has been used or worn
  • If the item acquires a strong odor, becomes dirty or scratched during its stay (due to any reason, including trying on or wearing), and is significantly different from the condition it was in when it was shipped.
  • If the condition of the product (including the box and accessories) when you return it to us is significantly different from when it was delivered, including damage to the box and loss or damage to accessories.
  • Products that have been opened from pre-sealed packaging
  • Lucky bags, lucky boxes, sale items, outlet items, pre-order items, etc. are not eligible for return or exchange according to our organization's rules.

Notes regarding refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 to 10 business days from the start of the refund process.
    Please note that we may not be able to accept same-day payments or accommodate your desired delivery date.
  • If you paid by credit card, you will need to cancel the credit card payment.
    This depends on the card company and the customer's contract, but if a return occurs after the card company's closing date, the refund may be carried over to the following month. We cannot check the contract details regarding your credit card usage, so please contact your card company directly for details.
