These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulate the conditions for the use of all websites, software, applications, products, documents and all other products and services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by Ahead Style Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") under the name "god savage" between the Company and all customers (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who use the Services.

Article 1 (Application of these Terms)

1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

4. If the User is a minor, he/she may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or other legal guardian.

Article 2 (User Registration)

1. For this service, registration will be completed when a person who wishes to register agrees to these terms and conditions, applies for registration in a manner specified by our organization, and our company approves the application.

2. If the Company determines that an applicant for user registration has any of the following reasons, the Company may not approve the application for user registration and shall not be obligated to disclose the reasons therefor.

  • If false information is provided when applying for user registration
  • If the application is from someone who has previously violated these terms and conditions
  • Any other case in which the Company determines that registration is inappropriate

Article 3 (ID and Password Management)

1. Users shall properly manage their user IDs and passwords for the Service at their own responsibility.

2. Under no circumstances may the User transfer or lend his/her user ID and password to a third party, or share them with a third party. If the combination of a user ID and password matches the registered information and is used to log in, the Company will consider that the user ID is being used by the user who registered it.

Article 4 (Prohibitions)

When using this service, users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts.

  • Providing false information when registering as a member
  • Using the Service with a fraudulent credit card
  • Unauthorized use of email addresses and passwords
  • Fraudulently applying for or holding multiple membership registrations
  • Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

1. In order to maintain the operation of the Service in good condition, the Company may suspend provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User if any of the following circumstances apply:

  • When carrying out maintenance, inspection, or updates of computer systems related to the Service
  • When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquake, fire, power outage, or interference by a third party
  • Any other unavoidable reasons that make it difficult for the Company to provide the Service.

2. We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the user or a third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this service.

Article 6 (Suspension of provision of this service, cancellation of membership registration)

1. If a User falls under any of the following items, the Company may suspend provision of the Service or cancel the User's membership registration without prior notice to the User.

  • If you violate these terms
  • If it is discovered that there is a false statement in the registration information
  • When there is a delay in payment for the Service or other default on an obligation
  • If there is no response to our contact for a certain period of time
  • Any other case in which the Company determines that use of the Service is inappropriate

2. We shall not be liable for any damages caused to the user by any actions taken by our organization pursuant to this Article.

Article 7 (Withdrawal)

1. Users may cancel their membership in the Service by following the cancellation procedures specified by our company.

2. We may retain a user's information for a certain period of time even after the user cancels their membership, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Disclaimer)

5. When changing a user's password, etc., the Company will conduct identity verification using a method designated by the Company, and will be exempt from liability to the extent there is no error in the method.

6. The User shall be responsible for the costs associated with the installation of computer equipment and communication equipment necessary for the User to use the Service, as well as telephone charges, LAN usage fees, application fees, etc., incurred in using the Service.

Article 9 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)

We reserve the right to change the content of this Service or to discontinue providing this Service without notifying the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result thereof.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms of Use)

Our company reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notifying the user if it deems it necessary. If the user starts using the service after the terms have been changed, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms.

Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)

We will handle any personal information obtained through the use of this service appropriately in accordance with our "Privacy Policy."

Article 12 (Notice or Contact)

Any notice or communication between the user and our company shall be made in the manner specified by our company. Unless the user notifies us of any changes in accordance with the method separately specified by our company, our company will consider the currently registered contact information to be valid and will notify or contact the user via that contact information, and such notice or communication will be deemed to have reached the user at the time of sending.

Article 13 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

Users may not transfer or pledge as security to a third party their status under the Service Agreement or their rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions, whether for a fee or free of charge, without our prior written consent.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The Terms and Conditions and any guidelines applicable to the Service shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service (including arbitration procedures in court) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
